Finally found a download for a trial of the Windows 8 compatible version of PaintToolSAI this weekend and proceeded to spend 2. HOURS. just using it to convert all the '.sai' files I haven't been able to access for the past two and a half years into photoshop documents, so I'll have access to them even after the trial's up. There were... Hooo boy there were 624 files I hadn't opened since I got this laptop in like, May of 2015 and it's... a lot. Just a bunch of old art, mostly unfinished stuff that I never thought I was going to see again. So first, I think I've mentioned this in a status update or something a while ago, but I do have another account on DA where I post my stuff that's NOT related to WildFire, if anyone's interested in taking a look. It's PepperPenguin, and I post various fanart stuff on there. Then I also thought I might as well tell you guys ahead of time that I found some traditional sketches I did in one of my college sketchbooks and was thinking about scanning and uploading a few. I just realized that June 30th will mark one whole year since I created this account! I'd love to post something special for the milestone, but I don't know if I'll even be able to get something out for the end of Pride Month in time. In case I forget to post anything on the 30th, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who's gone out of their ways to hit the watch button. I probably still have a long way to go before any of the official pages go up for WildFire, but I'm a lot closer to bringing this project to life than I was a year ago.
